"Red Honey Peach – Fruity honey aroma" red tea

We wish you could smell and taste this tea before you buy it !
It is so fragrant and yet so confident in its body that it fully deserves its seductive title.
The smell, the taste, the aftertaste… a real delight !

Among the many red teas on the market, you probably noticed that some are very delicately fragrant but unfortunately lack structure and body. Others are robust and full-bodied, but their overly dominant structure tends to overshadow or ruins the subtle aromas that need more clarity in order to ensure a good balance.

But here, with this Hong Mi Tao Guo Mi Xiang Hong cha, it’s a success!
Both the fragrance and the structure are present, and they dance in perfect harmony. Like a perfect juicy fruit picked at just the right moment. Suffice it to say that nature and human craftsmanship have just brought us a dangerously seductive tea.

Besides, its affordable price makes it a good everyday tea. We have been drinking it so many times because we simply love it. We have noticed that the expression of its aromatic notes reaches its most charming potential especially when brewed with care and precision. In this regard, we prefer to use around 3 grams per 100 ml, with water at 95°C, for about 1 or 2 minutes. But this is simply a matter of personal taste. If you steep it too long, this red tea will simply develop a powdery texture, like cocoa, and the tannins remain pleasant.

As for the story behind it, we can share that this is a high-mountain red tea from Zhenghe. (So it is not a low-altitude valley.) The garden has good minerals in the soil.
For a long period of time, Zhenghe black teas were widely imported into Europe. The region is characterised by its favourable natural environment.

For the red tin container, the producer combined traditional methods with modern craftsmanship and succeeded gathering the essence of mountains and rivers, the fragrance of flowers and fruit, and the spirit of the rocky earth, all carefully preserved within each little tin held in the hand.
